We specialize in off-market transactions where we have direct access and lines of communication with the parties involved, and we are often the only intermediary. We work with knowledgeable and sophisticated investors, and we generally act as transactional brokers in an unbiased and objective capacity. We find value in often overlooked areas of the market and use our creative energy to find new solutions to what are often unsolved obstacles. We find new approaches to both the obvious and arcane, with all parties in mind at every step.
